Miss T
Age 86 - Age is just a number
Miss T is 86 years old, and I’ve had the privilege of training her for the past 11 years. Her journey has been nothing short of inspirational. When we first started, her sessions focused on walking and bodyweight exercises. Over time, she has grown stronger and more determined, achieving incredible milestones along the way.
At the age of 80, Miss T completed a half marathon, and she has since participated in over 350 park runs, with her fastest time being an impressive 30 minutes and 23 seconds. While she prefers to remain anonymous, her dedication and achievements serve as a powerful reminder that age is no barrier to fitness and health.
Miss T truly embodies the belief that no matter your age, you can always become fitter and healthier. Her story is proof that with commitment, anything is possible!
Jordan
A Total Transformation
Jordan has truly amazed me with her dedication to both training and following a sustainable diet tailored to her metabolic type. Over the course of 10 months, she has achieved incredible results, shedding 20kg of body fat while maintaining muscle mass and toning her body for a complete transformation.
The journey hasn't just been about physical changes—Jordan also feels healthier, stronger, and more confident in her daily life. Of course, this transformation has meant a new wardrobe, but that’s a small price to pay for feeling and looking as amazing as she does now!
Her story is a perfect example of how consistency in training and the right nutrition plan can lead to life-changing results.

Building Lean Muscle with a Sustainable Approach
Rob came to me with a clear goal: to gain muscle. After struggling with a previous trainer who put him on an unsustainable diet, we shifted to a more balanced, long-term plan. Since then, Rob has gained an impressive 30kg of lean mass, all while keeping his body fat low.
Training with me twice a week, and continuing his work at a public gym in Milton Keynes, Rob's dedication and commitment have truly paid off. His progress is a testament to what can be achieved with the right guidance and a sustainable approach to both training and nutrition. His journey continues to inspire!

Sue has been training with me for many years, demonstrating a resilience and dedication that’s nothing short of inspiring. Living with arthritis, Sue hasn’t let her condition hold her back in the gym. Instead, she channels her energy into reaching new personal bests, proving that with the right mindset, exercise can be a powerful tool in maintaining strength and mobility.
Sue’s commitment has led her to achieve incredible milestones—from mastering push-ups and lifting weights to intense cardio sessions. Her journey took a challenging turn in September 2023 when she suffered a heart attack. Yet, true to her spirit, Sue returned with even more resolve, rebuilding her strength and coming back stronger than ever.
Sue’s journey is a powerful reminder that we all have the strength to overcome obstacles. Be like Sue—keep going, keep pushing, and never let life’s challenges stop you.
